BUDGET
Regardless of the service you select, after we get a chance to get to know each other, I get down to the most important, foundational discussion – YOUR BUDGET. Working off a budget forces you to think about where and how your hard earned dollars are going to be spent. There are a lot of little hidden extras and I can uncover those for you. I will assist you in getting a realistic view of the big picture. I am going to help you save money by finding the most efficient way to spend it.

STYLE
Another important discussion that works hand in hand with budgeting – YOUR STYLE. Place yourself into a future time when you are looking back reflecting on your wedding. What do you want to remember most? What do you want your guests to walk away saying? The best and most memorable events are always the ones where people can say – WOW! EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS EVENT WAS SO THEM! Where the couple can walk away and say – WOW! EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS EVENT WAS SO US!! This is your day so speak to that and let who you both are resonate in every choice. I will help you narrow down exactly what that essence is and get to your distinctive vibe – this will inform every decision.

VALUES
The final connecting piece is – YOUR VALUES. Basically, what is important to you as a couple? Are you foodies who would die to know your guests didn’t leave raving about what a culinary experience your wedding was? Are you extra tight with your families and what that showcased in stellar, photojournalistic photography? Is your marriage about blending two sets of super special kids and as much as this is a ritual for the two of you, you want to find a way of symbolically letting your children know that they are included and cherished in this new family arrangement? What you value can be the cornerstone of what your wedding can ultimately be and I find this is an imperative conversation to have.

Thrilled about getting married but incredibly overwhelmed with what it means to plan such a huge and fabulous event? Not to worry. I am here for you. From that first teensy step to the giant leap at the end I will see you through. I will help you with every aspect of your wedding. Along with Budget Creation, Style Development and Values Assessment Full Service Wedding Coordination will include (but is not limited to):

  • Theme development (including décor, stationery and food selection)
  • Budget allocation and management
  • Selecting vendors, attending appointments and arranging payments
  • Schedule management
  • Full week of wedding assistance
  • Full day wedding coordination (set-up, ceremony, photo session and reception)

I will be here for you from the beginning stages of planning, right to the end of your wedding day. The fee is 10% of your wedding budget or a minimum of $2500 (CAD), whichever is greater. Monthly payment arrangements allow you a flexible payment option.

Are you a busy, professional couple that has strong ideas about style? You know exactly what you want to have incorporated at your wedding and you are also very sure about what you don’t want. The first problem – where to start! The second – where to go!

Good news. I know 1. who to go to and 2. just where to begin.

The Partial-Service Wedding Coordination is the right fit for you if as a couple you want to take an active role in the planning of your wedding and are excited about the process but feel you would benefit and save time by having me consult with you and offer support, guidance and an extra set of hands and pair of eyes from start to finish. Along with Budget Creation, Style Development and Values Assessment Partial Service Wedding Coordination may also include:

  • 8 hours of consultation leading up to the wedding
  • Schedule formation and assistance with timeline management
  • Rehearsal organization and supervision
  • Wedding Day (creation of schedule, full supervision of all aspects the day of, wrap-up of event at the end of the night)
  • Full Day Wedding Coordination (set-up, ceremony, photo session, and reception)

Fee $1800 (CAD)

So you have a good handle on it all and things are moving along quite well but you have that sneaking suspicion that you are forgetting something? Or maybe you just want more time to enjoy the showers, stags n’ does, bbqs, and family get-togethers leading up to the event! At any time before the last month of your wedding you can bring me in to finesse the final details. I will go over what you have already done. You can delegate the duties and pass me the ‘honey-to-do’ list. I will alleviate the stress on your wedding day by managing the entire flow. For the Wedding Month Coordination some of the services may include (but are not limited to):

  • Coordinating the rehearsal
  • Managing timelines
  • Organizing short touch-base meetings to go over necessary details
  • Orchestrating the wedding and reception site
  • Supervising the photography session

    • Fee $950 (CAD)

weddings 101 consultation

Wedding Consultation 101 is for you if you think you are on the right track but just want to confirm that you have what it takes to make this day a success. I can facilitate a discussion around Budget Creation, Style Development and Values Assessment. This conversation alone will help you discover a lot about where you want to take your wedding.

And if in the end you decide that maybe you really do require a wedding planner than the $100/hr (CAD) fee is credited to you for anyone of my other services.
